We have both a double occupancy ($745 a month) and a single occupancy floorplan ($1,230 a month) as an option.

The move in date for fall is August 22nd, 2025. There are two term types, academic (8 months) or full year (12 months). The academic term move out date is May 3rd, 2026 and the full year term move out date is August 15th, 2026.

In this application, you will provide some personal information including your academic background, previous rental history, and criminal background (as those relate to you). You'll need this information to complete your application:

• Identification 

• Date of birth

• Driver's license number

• Social Security number

• Columbia College Student ID Number​

• Criminal history

• Academic disciplinary history

• Previous residential judgement

Each applicant is required to provide a qualifying financial guarantor (often a parent) when applying for housing. In some circumstances, this requirement may be waived. If you do not have a financial guarantor due to special circumstances, please contact us at housing@yosemite.edu before completing this application.

Please note, that there will be a $50 non-refundable application fee that is collected at a later date. Once this application has been completed, you will not be able to edit your submission. 

​

Once an application is approved, we will send a separate questionnare to complete that will ask questions regarding your living style preferences. This questionnaire will help staff when selecting residents to be matched as roommates. If you would like to live with anyone specifically, you will be able to list their name(s) in the separate questionare.
